Some people want Graffiti to stay traditional, some people write their names, others do images. Some people do Graffiti-Writing, others do Street-Art, some use brushes other cans. In Buenos Aires all different disciplines create one giant gallery among the entire city.

ESTILO LIBRE and the Ministry of Environment and Public Space of the City of Buenos Aires present the first Urban Art Festival in Buenos Aires – Meeting Of Styles 2011!

The theme for 2011 is: “One world, One People.” Over 110 street artists from all over the world will produce individual and collective murals on large scale in Colegiales Square, and surrounding areas. In parallel with the MOS, the event ART IN PUBLIC SPACE will take place, and 10 other squares and public spaces will be painted during the three days event.

More than 110 artists of various nationalities will participate: Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Portugal, England, France, Italy, Germany, Colombia, Paraguay, are among the countries that are represented by top artists in this first Festival.Here you will find information on all participants: www.estilolibrearg.com.ar

Two other ESTILO LIBRE strategic partners are: Sinteplast, a national top-quality paint, which launched during the MOS line of top-level aerosols. SULLAIR, in turn, is a national company that manufactures, distributes and rents equipment for industrial, construction and entertainment, and provides services for power generation in South America.

At this time the artists from ESTILO LIBRE are painting 30 machines (cranes, containers, elevators) to be used and displayed in the MOS. In short photos will be posted.

Buenos Aires is the capital and largest city of Argentina and after São Paulo the second-largest metropolitan area in South America. Greater Buenos Aires conurbation includes several districts with a population of around 13 million.

The Buenos Aires Metro (locally known as subte, from “subterráneo”), is a high-yield system providing access to various parts of the city.

Opened in 1913, it is the oldest underground system in the Southern Hemisphere and has six lines, named by letters (A to E, and H) with 74 stations and 52.3 km (32 mi) of route.
	An expansion program is underway to extend existing lines into the outer neighborhoods and add a new north-south line. Route length is expected to reach 89 km (55 mi) by 2011.

Daily ridership on weekdays is 1.7 million, fares are cheap and are in fact cheaper than the city buses.

It took a little to sort everything out, but finally it is all set! Mexico getting ready for colour-invasion.

The spot is very large and has walls for nice productions!

Originally the meeting was scheduled for August. But due to the London-riots having consulted with the venue owners, police, and local authorities it is felt that it would be irresponsible to go ahead with a public event in the light of these disturbances. It’s obviously the last outcome we would want but our first priority has to be the safety of all involved.

For a long time it was not clear , but finally the new coalition of Wiesbaden has decided to support the Meeting and enables us to keep the event in its hometown!

Once again we are happy to present you Graffiti-and Spray-Can-Art on its top level! Artists from all over the world are coming to Wiesbaden for a colourfull weekend to collaborate and to create huge monuments of art on walls.

	Due to elections of a new city-council it was not clear if we can hold the Meeting again in 2011. But finally after negotians were finished the result seems to be a good compromise: legal walls shall be maintained and additional walls shall be build as part of the Cultural-Park at the Schlachthof-grounds.
We hope the future of the MOS in Wiesbaden is secured now. Beside of Graffiti-Art the Meeting will represent all disciplines of Hip-Hop-Culture and an After-Show. During the festival bar and barbeque will be provided for your convenience.

The original Brückenkopf represents the biggest Mural-Gallery among Rhine-Main and beyond.

	A huge underpass-complex at the bench of the Rhine containing meanhwile more than 3000qm space on several walls, well reachable by train, car and bus….
The first events already happened late 90ies. Since then the underpass has completely changed from ghetto to an art-gallery.
	The main walls in the underpass have space for about 80-100 artists and are created in huge concepts.

Various smaller walls at entrance and exit below the train-tracks

enlarge the gallery and are available to paint all year long.

These walls give space for single pieces, but also crew-productions.

MOS keeps on spreading and meets China! The place to be: Changsha City, the capital city of Hunan, a province of south-central China, located on the lower reaches of Xiang river.

Changsha municipality has a population of 6,017,600, the urbanized area has around 2.7 million people.

	Under the Qing dynasty, from 1664, it was the capital of Hunan province and was besieged during the Taiping Rebellion but never fell.
Changsha was the site of Mao Zedong’s conversion to communism. It was the scene of major battles in the Sino-Japanese War of 1937–45 and was briefly occupied by the Japanese.

Rebuilt since 1949, the city is now a major port and a commercial and industrial center.

The premiere presented more than 90 artists and 28 crews representing chinese and asian Graffiti-Art at its top-level!

	The place to be, the wall to rock  was not the chinese wall, but still gave enough space for buckets of paint!

As the largest city of Hungary, it serves as the country’s principal political, cultural, commercial, industrial and transportation centre.

In 2010 Budapest had 1,721,556 inhabitants, its Commuter Area is home to 3,271,110 people. The city covers an area of 525 square kilometres within the city limits. The Budapest Metro is the rapid transit system and is the second-oldest underground metro system in the world after the London Underground.

	Its iconic Line 1, dating from 1896, was declared a World Heritage Site in 2002. The Metro consists of three lines, each designated by a number and a colour.
Metro Line 4 is currently under construction; the first section is scheduled to open in 2012.
